1. Click the Student Alerts button on the dashboard.

*** Replace Step 1 with:
1. Navigate to the Student Lookup Tool by:

a. Log into the Faculty Portal
b. Select Instructional Resources
c. Select Course Resources
d. Select Student Alerts

2. Lookup the student you need to set an alert for. Then click the Alerts icon

3. Here, you can see student information and Current Alerts. You can also set up a new Alert

This alert will get routed to the appropriate place.

If faculty/instructor contacts regarding an update for an existing student alert, direct them to contact their advisor for more information
