Zoom – Missing Recordings


  • Please review the document below on how to check the zoom settings and ensure that the
    “cloud” option is selected in order for zoom to save the sessions.

To check, access the Zoom Admin account and search for the user. Click the linked user’s name and click
the Settings tab. If there is an “x” next to Cloud Recording, it is not selected, and nothing was recorded.
Click Edit and select Cloud Recording to resolve this issue.

If a student reports a missing Zoom Recording, please have the student confirm with the instructor if a
session has been recorded and request that the Professor downloads the file or shares the link rather than escalating to the CSU team directly
