A new issue has come up with users in the Firefox browser of embedded PDF’s not showing up in the embed window. Here is how you can adjust the settings on PC or MAC. Please follow the steps below to adjust the settings:

1. Open the Firefox Browser
2. Navigate to the Menu Options and click Firefox and a drop down menu will appear, click on preferences:
3. Inside the preferences menu, find the Applications menu selection and click on it:
4. After clicking on applications a menu will appear and you will scroll down to Portable Document Format, or PDF
5. After finding the PDF selection, there is a pull down menu to the right, ensure it says Preview in Firefox:
6. Close out of the application menu, refresh the page and your embedded PDF will appear where it is supposed
