eBooks are always provided to instructors for free, which is why there is not an opt-out option for them. Should they prefer a desk copy instead, they can request a desk copy using the information found in the Center for Teaching Excellence within the course.

If an instructor reports that they are unable to access the course eBook prior to the course start date (this includes a 400 error), inform the instructor that the eBook is set up by the Friday before the term start date. Should it be after the start date and they are still unable to access the eBook, escalate.
