Grading

If we see instances where a student is not receiving the correct grade and we find it is overwritten in the gradebook, Curriculum Support advised that although they can clear the override, they recommend for the student to reach out to the instructor so that they would clear it or advise why it was placed there.

• Overrides are set by the instructor, please let the student know that they can reach out to the instructor directly regarding any concerns for overridden grades.Please do not escalate this issues to LMS support.
• If student’s report seeing a 0 for this score and you confirm that the grade is overridden, once the instructor removes the overridden grade the student’s actual score will populate.
