Both sites utilize single sign-on (SSO) via the student’s CSU-Global email and password. Access to these sites can only occur once this access has been provided.

Technical Issues:

If a student is enrolled and has an active CSU-Global email account, but is unable to access these sites or view specific content, they can be directed to the Student Finance team for additional assistance.

Requests to have a student account unlocked can be submitted via email and will be addressed as soon as possible and within no more than 24 hours.
