Updating Gmail Account Phone Numbers: User has their phone number changed or one for security purposes due to MFA.

  • In these cases the student should be referred to call into the Registrar’s Office. 1-800-462-7845 Option 4 for Registrar’s Office.
  • Student’s can also email them at registrar@csuglobal.edu, however, calling in is easier to verify their identity (student’s will need to be FERPA verified) and make those changes.
  • Once we receive confirmation from the student that it has been updated by the Registrar, then update the account accordingly. Do NOT escalate.
