General FAQ

If the student is trying to schedule an appointment through the Writing Center, or submit their resume/cover letter for review and experiencing issues getting to the scheduling screen (normally a loop bringing the student back to the portal page) please first confirm they are signed into their CSU Global student portal. If they are, have them complete the following steps:

1. Navigate to: https://mail.google.com/mail/logout?hl=en
2. Open a new tab and navigate to: https://portal.csuglobal.edu
3. On the left-hand side menu, click Writing Center
4. Beneath the heading “Get assistance with your writing projects”, click the link “Writing consultation appointments”
5. Click the link “Go to MyWCOnline”
6. You may direct the student to contact center@csuglobal.edu directly.
