• An example of such an assessment missing would be through specific Materials> Module folder> Mastery Exam or Final Exam as examples
• NOTE that faculty do not create such content
• It may be that the test assessment is not deployed, you can check verify this by going to Materials> Module folder> Mastery Exam, clicking the Settings tab, and then verifying Availability. Note Availability includes Available Now, Available now until a set date, and Available from a set date until a set date.

If availability is correct, and the exam is still unavailable for students, this issue needs to get escalated. When you escalate the issue, include the steps you have taken including the verification of the actual assessment not being deployed.
