Canvas – Video / Audio recording: If student or faculty members have recorded an audio or video update/reply in Canvas, but the “Insert Button” has grayed out and submission of recording is not possible. What to do?

This has happened because the system did not receive permission to record their device. Note that they need to give permission every time, not just the first time. Unfortunately, they have to re-record their content. This time making sure to enable access/permission for Canvas to record their audio device
