A new issue has come up with users in the Firefox browser of embedded PDF’s not showing up in the embed window. Here is how you can adjust the settings in Windows. Please follow the steps below:

1. Open the Firefox Browser
2. Find the three parallel lines in the top right corner of the browser, which will open up a dropdown menu:
3. The following drop down menu will appear, locate options and click on
4. Inside the preferences menu, find the Applications menu and click on it:
5. After clicking on applications menu you will scroll down to Portable Document Format, or PDF
6. After finding the PDF selection, there is a pull down menu to the right, ensure it says “Preview in Firefox:
7. Click Ok on the bottom of menu to confirm, refresh the page to view your embedded PDF:
