Instructor Course Enrollment: An instructor reports that current/upcoming course is missing from their Canvas account,

Confirm the following information before proceeding:
● student enrollment has been confirmed for the course (courses are only created if there are enough students enrolled)
● if the course has not started yet, then it begins within the next 2 weeks.
● the course does not appear under the user’s account on Canvas.

Only if the above 3 statements are true should it be escalated

If the instructor is reporting a previous course is missing, we only need to confirm if the course is listed on the account or not.
