Turnitin - For Canvas

Instructors or students unable to see assignments after loading it into Canvas. They will report seeing a blank page.

Resolution:

1. In Canvas, After your file has been submitted you will want to click on Submission Details
2. After clicking on Submission Details, a blue comment bubble will appear next to your assignment with your Similarity Score (it may take several minutes for the similarity score to generate before this bubble appears)
3. If after several minutes there isn’t report, try going to another page and returning
4. Check the status of Turnitin (FAQ: Turnitin System event)
