Accessing Canvas Through the Portal using Safari

Recently Mac users have been experiencing difficulty accessing Canvas through the CSU-­‐Global portal and receiving a screen like this:

To remedy this issue, please perform the following steps:

1. Open Safari
2. In the top menu bar, click on Safari to bring down a drop down menu and click on preferences (or perform a command comma shortcut).
3. Click on the Privacy button on the top, and then click on the Allow from websites I visit radio button.
4. Quit Safari and re-­‐open and Canvas access through the Portal should be restored.
