A. NOTE: IF the students and/or instructors have display issues, it is advisable that they use the mobile browser instead.

Please follow the steps below for students and faculties to log into the Canvas App:

Step 1: Download Canvas from the Play Store or the App Store

*If user is an instructor (using iPhone), please direct instructor to download the “Canvas Teacher” and continue to follow the steps below.

Step 2: Select “Find My School”

Step 3: Locate “CSU Global”

Step 4: After selecting “CSU Global”, the app will direct to the Google login. Login with CSU credentials.

Step 5: Enrolled courses should be within the dashboard.
